Customers browse workshops in the marketplace, pick a service, and book an open slot. The workshop confirms or declines from their admin app.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes — customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the slot. Workshops can decline or cancel at any time before the service starts.
How fast does a tow truck arrive?
Tow drivers see the request immediately. Acceptance is first-come-first-served and we route the closest online driver — typical ETA is 10–25 minutes in supported cities.
How do payments work?
Workshops issue invoices through ServicesHub; customers pay via card or cash. Drivers receive payouts to their bank weekly.
Which languages are supported?
English and Arabic at launch. The apps fully support right-to-left layouts on Arabic.
